In the Macroeconomics part of the PDE programme, we've seen how nations manage money on a large scale. In this seminar, we will look at how money turns into securities. We will bridge this with the corporate side of finance and give you a sneak peek at how assets make it to the exchange. This seminar will be introductory in nature, comparable to a bachelor-level finance course. The interactive seminar that comes after this one will dive deeper into different asset types and how risk management works; it will also be more interactive. Our tentative location is the 2nd floor of REC A, but a final confirmation will be sent out as we get closer to the seminar.
