I am a Communication Science student who has long dreamt about becoming a journalist due to its societal activist impact. I was born and raised in Portugal, so moving abroad to study was an eye-opening experience. Living in the Netherlands helped me appreciate my culture and heritage but also to become increasingly interested in the different dynamics between Southern and Northern Europe and how they can be traced back in history and political geography.
